Image Requirements for Commissions​

To ensure high-quality vector artwork, please submit images that meet the following criteria:​

 

✅ Image Type: Portrait, face, close-ups, one person per image.

✅ Accepted Face Coverings: Glasses, tattoos, face paintings, hair, religious headwear, hats, piercings, and jewellery.

✅ Image Format: JPEG or PNG (minimum 5MB file size).

✅ Resolution: At least 2500x2500 pixels for clear details. Higher resolution is preferred.

✅ Colour: Must be in natural colours — no black & white or unnatural filters.

✅ Angle: Side profiles are acceptable.

🚫 Not Accepted:

• Blurry, pixelated, or low-resolution images.

• Group photos or multiple people in one image.

• Obstructed faces (e.g., masks, heavy shadows).

• Nude or inappropriate images.

 

 

Artworks

• All finished artworks will be sent to the customer by email via a WeTransfer download link.

• IMPORTANT: Download your artwork within 7 days to avoid additional fees.

• Please note that the download link expires after 7 days.

• If you do not download your artwork within 7 days, you will have to pay a $10.00 USD expiration fee to receive your artwork.

Bookings

​

• All bookings confirmed by the artist are subject to payment.​​

 

 

Payment

​

• All prices are in USD (United States Dollars).

• Full payment upfront.

• Payment method:​ PayPal.

• Commissions start once payment is successfully received by the artist.

• Payment can take 3 to 5 business days to be received by the artist, as per PayPal's standard processing times.​​

Refund

 

A full refund will only be issued if the artist is unable to complete the commission.

Disclaimer

 

• After the customer downloads the artwork, all artwork commissions will be posted on Kundisai's Digital Art website and social media pages. They will be described as commissions and displayed as such.

• All reference images provided by the client will remain strictly confidential and will not be shared, posted, or used for any purpose other than completing the commission.

• If you do not download your artwork within 7 days and fail to pay the expiration fee, your artwork will never be posted, displayed, or shared.

• ​The commissioned artwork is for personal use only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or sell the artwork as your own or attribute it to anyone other than Kundisai's Digital Art. Unauthorised use of the artwork will be subject to copyright infringement claims.
